Refund & Returns Policy - We honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Also you may seek replacement or refund if the item is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited to a set time period. Your rights apply for the amount of time that is reasonable to expect that failure would become apparent, paying attention to the type of product, the use to which the product is likely to be put, the length of time it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use reasonable for the failure to become apparent.The types of remedy we can offer you may vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

Change of Mind: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or would like to change your mind on your purchase we will give a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have become worn or used, opened or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken; basically if it not in it's original condition we can't offer a change of mind. We do not offer change of mind on services or used items.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Subject to your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law and other laws, we expressly excludes any liability for consequential loss, incidental or indirect damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and loss of opportunity) due to a defect of the product or resulting from returned products that cannot be replaced due to lack of stock.
